30-day reporting window: You must report any quality issues or damages within 30 days of the product's delivery date.

Damaged or defective items are covered: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing error, you are eligible for a free reprint or a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. There’s no need to return the item. We will fix it.

We want you to love what you ordered: Ordered the wrong size or color? While we can’t offer a full refund because products are made-to-order , we’re happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. For more questions, reach out anytime. We’re here to help. 

No physical return required: You usually do not need to ship the defective or misprinted item back. Instead, you simply need to submit a photo or video clearly showing the defect to the store owner.
